I’m Chris. By day I lead architecture and AI work at a large company. Everything on this site, I made on my own time.
I’m a director of architecture, and I founded and lead my company’s AI Center of Excellence. We help engineering teams put AI to work, from role-specific agents and an internal plugin marketplace to an MCP server that lets agents query our core platform directly. Before that, I led a cloud transformation across twenty engineering teams, from zero production apps in the cloud to most of the portfolio, and led the team that built a cloud-native platform that’s still in production today.
I started out managing IT projects, in the public sector and then in manufacturing, and worked my way through agile coaching into engineering leadership. These days the most fun I have with AI is on nights and weekends: a music video made with a team of agents, a sticker app for young kids, and some writing about what all of this means for the people using it.
